If you regularly purchase and drink from single use plastic water bottles, buying a water pitcher and making a commitment to stop using plastic water bottles is a great idea, and the benefits go beyond just environmental. Many water filters remove contaminants like microplastics that degrade from water bottles into the water and which can be harmful when consumed over extended periods of time.

I will not buy anything except items required for health and safety.
