REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodHow difficult was this challenge for you? What made it easy or difficult?
Joelle Neufang 7/26/2022 12:36 PMSkipping the plastic bags is easy— as long as I remember to put my reusable bags back in the car after I use them. I started hanging my reusable bags on the inside front door knob of the house after emptying them, which makes it almost impossible for me to forget them when I leave the house. If I forget the reusable bags in the car when I go in the store, I walk back out and get them or I skip the bag altogether if it’s just a few items. It’s not a perfect system, but it is working for me. -
Joelle Neufang 7/24/2022 2:05 PMspent the morning hunting for shark teeth and trash at Caspersen Beach- found both, but am happy to say that I found more teeth than trash. Also was able to witness a sea turtle (Loggerhead) rescue and release- which was an unexpected, and awesome, bonus to an already fantastic morning! :) -
Joelle Neufang 7/02/2022 3:44 PMHas some fun picking up trash at Honeymoon Island today and getting some vitamin D. Saw others doing their part too, and am happy to say there was actually not too much trash to find. :)
