What are the economic and personal benefits of switching to bar soap/shampoo/conditioner or refillable bottle options?

It’s always been hard to recycle shampoo and other soap based bottles because of their nature: trying to wash them out just makes more bubbles. I am so happy and excited to have found a place to get refills! I feel as more people become aware of the option, more business will shift in that direction. It’s awesome only paying for the product and not marketing.
