How does the act of picking up litter connect you more to your community?

Picking up trash in my community gives me a sense of pride. It’s my home and I like it looking nice. It’s frustrating seeing trash everywhere while walking my dog Plus I might inspire some neighbors to join in and do their part.

I got some stuff delivered from Amazon. And I noticed they are using less plastic. There is still plastic use of course but I remember awhile back it was plastic inside of plastic on top of plastic. I noticed a good change this time!
