Swap the Snacks
I will swap out 3 prepackaged snacks a day for fresh fruits or veggies.

I will make the switch to sustainable, reusable period products.

REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodSince the restrictions that COVID-19 has required of our society, trying to use your own cup might present new barriers, as well as new opportunities for creative problem solving. How were you able to achieve success on this action? How can you make it a long-term habit?
Cal Reardon 7/07/2022 7:34 AMI made my kitchen more functional to make tea- i got an electric kettle rather than relying on my hotplate. Also, acknowledging that i don't have to be perfect- sometimes i do use a disposable mug- makes me more likely to use the reuseable one. We're striving for improvement, not perfection
