    keeping a bag in my car for grocery trips, so its always there will keep bags out of my house. Saying "no" or preemptively telling a store cashier no to a bag

    Since the restrictions that COVID-19 has required of our society, trying to use your own cup might present new barriers, as well as new opportunities for creative problem solving. How were you able to achieve success on this action? How can you make it a long-term habit?

    I take a reusable cup with me in the car instead of grabbing a plastic bottle, also drank tap water, or brought cup on boat instead of plastic bottle
