I actively try to keep plastic utensils out of the trash but have quite the collection built up and don’t know what to do with them all. Any suggestions? Anywhere to donate them? I ask for no utensils when ordering take-away but they still sometimes make it into the bag. I wash and reuse when traveling, picnicking, etc. I used to bring them into the office for colleagues to use in the kitchen but have been working from home since COVID kicked in. I fear I might have to eventually, gasp, throw them into the trash but really, really don’t want to. It’s shocking how much plasticwear is out there, and how it still keeps making its way into my house! Thanks for any tips!

Just keep re-using it. Pretend that it's not "disposable." You wouldn't throw away your real silverware or flatware so why throw these away?
