Throughout its life cycle, polystyrene (styrofoam) can harm people, communities, and the planet. I will refuse styrofoam whenever I can, making sure to kindly let people know why I'm asking for alternative packaging.

I will not use straws during the month of July unless they are reusable

I will only use my reusable water bottles and jugs not only during July, but always. I don’t like drinking bottles water, not only the taste, but the terrible plastic waste it makes

I will use my fabric snack bags and wax coated cloths to wrap my lunch items rather than using lunch size baggies
