This challenge was not very hard for me.  We already use re-usable bags for nearly everything we can.  We keep them in the car too.

I made a pesto pasta dish last night using basil, spinach, lettuce, and radishes all from my garden! The pasta I bought came in a recyclable cardboard box and all the spices I used are in glass containers. Is it just me or does everything taste better when you grow it yourself?!

I added silverware to my work box.  Now, when I am out for work, I will have my silverware and a cloth napkin to use vs. the ones provided by the restaurant/food truck.
