Noticed again the garbage days have the most trash on the roads from the wind, trucks and general nature of the activity. 

I have grown up with WLSSD and what they offer and how they work. They are able to clean almost all of the waste water coming in and transfer it back out as clean. Also started to notice those around me and ways to decrease the trash thrown away. I have noticed that breweries are usually pretty good about use eco friendly products to decrease there carbon foot print. 

This has really opened my eyes on how to decrease my foot print in fun and creative ways. 

My friend and I have started trading clothes and finding used clothes to purchase. We are trying to not buy anything new and find old items that we can either resew and make something cutie or give it another change at life. 

I am concerned at the amount of plastics in our oceans/waters. I think about how to take this out and how to decrease this amount. Also the ways that we "get ride" of landfill, we need to find and eco friendly way to remove these pollutants but not harming the world at it. 

HAND MADE WASH CLOTHES ALL THE WAY! this has helped decrease the baby whips and paper towels my houses holds use. 

This has helped me really concentrate on how much food I really want. I try to not take to much where I cant finish's it and I can grab seconds if needed. This has also helped me eat more leftovers which saves the food from being in a landfill and saving money as well. 

Vinegar is wonderful for so many things! I still need to be able to use the eco friendly cleaners so that it is both animal and humane safe (as well as not harming the environment). We can use these out products and use reusable containers to store them when not in use.  

I am lucky that I have a great family and friends who love to take care of the environment. This has made me think about our larger family gathering and ways we can reduce the amount of garbage that is produced. Not using paper plates, making our own salads to not buy from the plastic containers in the grocery store. NO PLASTIC cups! Each...
