    unfortunately, the dining rooms here at Westminster Manor are having to shut down because of covid. Therefore we will be having to get all our food in plastic to-go containers. Too bad!

    As part of my EcoChallenge, I read this article and it is an eye-opener. 45% of bioplastics are not biodegradable and the ones that are compostable, need to go to an appropriate composting facility.
