REFLECTION QUESTIONFamily Swap the SnacksHow does swapping out prepackaged snacks for fresh fruit or veggies benefit your family?
Isabel B 7/11/2022 4:57 PMIn some cases it's cheaper and I personally like it better. I am in LOVE with any summer fruit so its been an easy switch. -
Isabel B 7/08/2022 8:41 PMDoes anyone have plastic/environmental documentary recommendations? -
Isabel B 7/06/2022 5:42 PMI have learned SO much about recycling in just 5 days! Did you know that regulation on recycling is different across states and even cities?! I sure didn't, and this causes lots of confusion around recycling. Which I turn causes wish-cycling and contamination in recycling factories. If you are ever unsure if you can recycle it, just throw it out. 🚮 -
REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Become a Recycling ProWhat have you learned about what is accepted by local haulers for recycling, what you can drop off or ship to certain places, and what is not recyclable in your area? What is the most difficult part of recycling for you?
-
Krystina Jarvis 7/03/2022 6:07 PMWow! Your city accepts so much for recycling!

REFLECTION QUESTIONCommunity Estimate My Plastic ConsumptionWhat did you find out about your plastic consumption by using the calculator? What did or didn't surprise you?
Isabel B 7/02/2022 11:22 AMI thought I lived pretty sustainable and I do, compared to most AMERICANS. It was kinda wild to see how much plastic I waste every year, 75.20 kg to be exact!
