I followed up on how the plan to eliminate single use plastics is going in Richmond Hill. They are complying with the Federal mandates.

I decided to enlist a few of my "climate change" friends to see how we can influence local grocers to eliminate plastic bags. The big name grocery stores will be influenced by their head offices.

Since I have been an advocate for eliminating "single us plastics" for at least a decade I feel I have done everything I can do personally and with my family and friends. I'd love to see no one using plastic bags at the grocery store!! It takes all of my might to not take these people to task. When will ALL store get rid of their plastic bags?
