    There are plenty of great thrift stores for reused and recycled clothing, also you can modify a item of clothing to update it or make it your own.

    It is another way for the family to spend time together creating the garden, and then coming up with new creative recipes and learning to preserve  the things we are successful at growing.

    Microplastic are now documented as being ingested by humans. The plastic typically used in bottles, bags and food containers contains chemical additives associated with negative health effects including cancers, birth defects and immune system suppression in humans and wildlife.
