Will thought about what this month taught me. It may take time to make changes in my life. But with a little help, I know I can do it. To understand and learned how to use reusable plastic. 

Was thinking if I could make my coffee at home, but always in a hurry in the morning. I am getting on the lazy side. That is one thing I would really want to change. Use to make coffee at home a couple of years ago. 

After yesterday, another co-work heard me talking about, how hard it is to make changes on your own. They told me today, "i went home and saw how much single use plastic we use at home. She plans to see what fun ways her family can recycle the single use plastic. I told them about the change but would like division to do it next year. We use to have a challenge here on the nation, but since COVID have not done it in a few years.

Have been thinking about the challenge. Yes, it is hard to make these changes by yourself but having a great friend trying to do the same thing. I want to thank her for her support. 

I never thought of how much single plastic container, we use and toss in the trash. Wow, I been reusing the containers. 

I still have not bought anything. It’s going good. I have been cleaning my out my closet to get rid of some stuff, I don’t need and give it to some charity. 

Have not bought anything for a while. It helps me save money and helps use of single use plastic. I have been reusing food containers. 

Have reused many plastic bottles. I have reused some plastic bottles for drinking like water, tea, and cold coffee. It is a change. 

I found my reusable sandwich bags. I plan to start using them. 

Could of done lunch today. But went home and eat. Saving some money and plastic, it would of come in.
