Karen Low 7/02/2022 9:15 AMI like Native for plastic free deodorant, Ethique for plastic free shampoo and conditioner, Silver Falls for plastic free insect repellent, Earth Breeze for detergent sheets. Anyone have good recommendations for plastic free period solutions?

guinea gazette 7/04/2022 8:26 AMPeriod underwear, reusable pads, plastic free tampons, applicator free tamps, menstrual cup, menstrual disk.
Those are all current moder plastic free options -
Isabel B 7/02/2022 11:30 AMI personally use DUTCHESS menstrual cup, you can find it on amazon for about $15. It comes with 2 cups and holders for each. You will also have to buy some sort of cleaner, I use the DUTCHESS brand cleaner (also on Amazon) for about $20. There are cheaper brands of cup wash, I just use DUTCHESS. The 2 menstrual cups last me about 1 year and the cleaner about 6 months. It's a bit if a learning curve using the cups and your hands will get a little bloody.
